In My Opinion: As told to me first hand, for years, no one wanted to help a US Vet, Mr. Bruce Seybert with building onto this Amber Alert ™ program. It was verbally turned down by "Erney" Missing and exploited children for years with Bruce.   Then laters, they also turned down adopting CPPPIDS™ Technology and told me "it would put them out of business if they used it." 

 So here we are. One crazy bastard who keeps going and is made out to be a bad person by them.  I retired with 20 years Honorable service of the US Military. I took the  US Navy Warrior (AS/SW) Master Command Trainer Training I received and built CPPIDS™.

I worked as Firefighter, Electronics Tech, LEO,  FZ Maint Supervisor (Nuclear Weapons Security Systems), Command Urinalyses Program Manager, Command Career Counselor for an Aircraft Carrier where I wrote the ToolBOX HR software used by the entire US Navy and taught at schools... and add the total 4.8 years of Electronics and Advanced Schools and rolled it all into this...  a 7 Second Amber Alert System Network Software in 2003.  Since then, XiiO.com has come up and many other modules. All in all, I have paid for all of it from my pocket for 20+ years.

 Ignore the false claims and fake work by others not listed in the only legal document transffering the rights to me.
